Roseridge Landfill - Mandatory RFID Permit Replacement Form

The Roseridge Waste Management Facility is upgrading their weigh scale software and revising their processes to better serve our residents. This improvement comes at no cost to the residents, and Roseridge has not increased their rate per kilogram to date; however, there will be a new minimum load charge of five dollars for any visit less than 100 kilograms. These charges will continue to be billed on your utility bill. 

If you were contacted to update your information and upgrade your permit card to a new RFID card, you have a few options: you may fill out the form provided with the letter you received and drop off in the Town drop box OR you may call the Town office OR you may complete the form online here. We must receive your request for replacement no later than DECEMBER 8, 2020. Your replacement card will be mailed to you. Please note that this is a contactless process. If this information is not provided by the deadline, you will not have access to the Roseridge Landfill.

It is recommended that you complete the form as soon as you are able, and not on the deadline, as there are a large number of replacements to be processed, and we want to ensure you receive your card in a timely manner.
