Leaders in Training (LIT) Program
The Town of Bon Accord is looking for energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals to help make this year’s Summer Day Camp program unforgettable! If you enjoy working with kids, being active, and creating fun experiences, this is a great opportunity to build skills, gain experience, and be part of an amazing summer team
The Leaders in Training (LIT) program is built for youth who want to grow their confidence, learn valuable life and career skills, and have fun along the way. Through hands-on activities, teamwork, and supportive mentorship, you’ll build experience that helps you stand out—both now and in the future.
As a participant, you’ll:
- Build confidence through leadership and teamwork experiences
- Strengthen your communication and people skills
- Get involved in exciting, hands-on activities
- Explore community involvement and future career opportunities
- Make new friends, have fun, and create a positive impact!
Successful LIT participants may also have the chance to stay on as regular community volunteers beyond the summer.
Take the first step in your leadership journey—apply now and be part of something meaningful this summer!
