❄️February 19, 2026 - Snow Clearing Update ❄️

As of today, all Town arterial roads have been cleared. Please note: the following schedule is tentative and may change due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or emergencies. Watch for signs in the zones listed below.

  • Fri, Feb 20 – Garbage Day – no snow clearing
  • Mon, Feb 23 – Zone 1
  • Tues, Feb 24 – Zone 2
  • Wed, Feb 25 – Zone 3
  • Thurs, Feb 26 – Zone 4
  • Fri, Feb 27 – Garbage Day – no snow clearing
  • Mon, March 2 – Zone 5
  • Tues, March 3 – Zone 6

REMINDERS:

  • Please ensure all vehicles are moved off the roadway during your zone’s snow clearing cycle.
  • Shovelled or blown snow should be kept on your own property and not thrown onto roads, alleys, or neighbours’ yards.

Regional Water Line Repair

UPDATE: This repair is now complete. 

Beginning on February 9, 2026, the Capital Region Northeast Water Services Commission will be conducting a water main repair to the line that services the Town of Bon Accord. It is anticipated that the work will take approximately 5 days. The Commission will keep municipalities up to date on the progress of the repair. At present, a water restriction is not expected, however, if water conservation efforts are required, notices will be posted on the Town’s website.
