NOW OPEN: Winter Wonder-Fest Christmas Market Vendor Applications
Calling All Local Artisans & Makers!
We’re on the lookout for incredible local artisans, crafters, and creators to help bring the magic to our Winter Wonder-Fest Christmas Market in the charming Town of Bon Accord! This festive, family-friendly market is a celebration of creativity, community, and holiday cheer—and we would love to have you join us!
Location: Bon Accord Community Hall, 4909-50 Street
Date: Saturday, December 6
Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Admission: FREE for shoppers!
Registration Deadline: November 28, or until tables are sold out!
What’s in Store for the Day?
To make this year's event extra special and to help draw in an even bigger crowd, we’ve added some holiday highlights:
- A delicious pancake breakfast with Santa to start off the day on the lower level
- Perogy lunches and popcorn available from the concession at lunchtime
- Performances by local choral groups throughout the day on stage
- Crafts for kids on the lower level
- A warm and welcoming community atmosphere, perfect for holiday shopping!
Vendor Details (All proceeds donated to the Bon Accord Gibbons Food Bank):
- Vendor Fee: $30
- Junior Vendors (Youth & Children): Free (We love supporting the next generation of makers and have five spots set aside!)
Each vendor registration includes:
- One 6’ table
- One chair
- Name/business promotion on the Town of Bon Accord’s website and social media
- Complimentary coffee for vendors available in lower level
Additional Info:
- Vendor setup begins at 8:30 AM
- Access to the hall’s lift is available for moving in heavy bins.
- Power is available upon request – bring your own extension cords and secure them safely.
- All tables must be covered with a tablecloth and decorated in festive fashion.
- Free Wi-Fi available on site
