2025 Combined Assessment & Property Tax Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bon Accord 2023 Combined Assessment & Property Tax Notices were mailed to all property owners on May 16, 2025. A complete listing of assessed values of all properties in Bon Accord can be viewed on our website at https://bonaccord.ca/taxation
Information regarding the Assessment Complaint process was included with the tax notice.
Assessment complaints must be filed within 60 (sixty) days from the Notice of Assessment Date and must be filed using the Government of Alberta “Assessment Review Board Complaint Form” Form #LGS1402, which is available by contacting the Town office at 780-921-3550 or online at https://crasc.ca/assessment-review-board/
Prior to submission of a complaint, please contact the Town of Bon Accord Assessor at Tanmar Consulting, 37 Athabascan Ave, #201, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 4H3 or by phone at 780-417-5191.
Final date to file an assessment complaint is July 28, 2025.
